Two Webinars – Working for the Federal Government

The Career Center is excited to offer two upcoming webinars on federal jobs and internships to AU students and alums. These webinars will be hosted on February 8 and 16, by the Partnership for Public Service, a nonprofit committed to inspiring a new generation of Americans to serve in government.

February 16: Full-Time Jobs in the Federal Government (5:00-6:00pm, McKinley 155)

With graduation rapidly approaching and interest in government jobs rising, now is the time to learn about federal career opportunities. Join the Career Center for a webinar presentation and light refreshments to discover a number of positions across the federal government and how to research, find and apply for an opening that is right for you.

  • What is a webinar? A webinar is a web-based presentation. Our sessions will feature audio from expert presenters and a PowerPoint with information related to the topics.
  • If these are taking place over the web, why do I need to come to McKinley? The Career Center has purchased one ticket for access to the presentation. To watch and listen with us, you’ll need to be in McKinley.
  • Is there a cost to attend? This event is free of charge to attendees.
  • Can I ask questions during the presentation? Yes! We will have the opportunity to interact with the presenters and raise any questions you have.
